We sell tickets for above face value. The price printed on the ticket will not equal the sale price, which includes our substantial service charge.

We are a privately owned company that buys and sells tickets on the secondary market.

All sales are final and there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

Problems with any order must be brought to our attention within twenty four hours of receiving the tickets.

Boxoffice1.com is not responsible for informing clients of an events time change or date change.

If a show is postponed, tickets are still valid. If the show is cancelled, we will refund tickets minus a 20% restocking charge which does not include shipping.
